摘　　要：介绍了摩托车静电粉末涂装工艺,分析了常见的涂装缺陷及影响因素。以前处理工艺作为涂层质量的主要影响因素,采用试验对比分析了某型摩托车箱盖涂装缺陷,得出了该型摩托车箱盖涂装前处理的具体作业参数。This motorcycle electrostatic powder coating process and the common coating defects are introduced, and the factors influencing the product quality are found out. The main factor influencing the quality is coating pretreatment. By experimental comparison and analysis on the box cover coating defects of a certain type of motorcycles, we make up the proper operation parameters of pretreatment.
