摘 要:锚杆加固技术在地下工程、隧道施工及岩石边坡支护中得到非常广泛的应用,但缺乏一种简单、无损地检测锚杆轴力的装置。传统的液压千斤顶拉拔检测手段只能对锚杆的极限承载力进行抽检,并且属于一种破坏性检测手段。设计了一种安装于锚杆螺母与托盘之间的锚杆轴力无损检测装置,并对其进行了有限元仿真分析,确认该方法可行。Anchor bolt reinforcement technology has been widely used in underground engineering, tunnel construction and rock slope support. But there is a lack of a simple, non-destructive detection device for the bolt axial force. Traditional pull-out detection by hydraulic jack can only test the ultimate bearing capacity of the bolt, and it is a destructive testing method. This paper provides a design of nondestructive testing device for bolt axial force, which is installed between the bolt nut and tray, and the method is verified feasible by FEA.
