摘 要:采取外层先离心浇注10#钢,内层浇注1Cr18Ni9Ti进行离心复合,空心管坯机加工后,经过热挤压和冷轧,试制了准47mm×4.5mm的碳钢/不锈钢复合钢管,从而对离心复合浇注-挤压-轧制不锈钢复合钢管的生产工艺进行了研究。检测结果表明,外层碳钢与内层不锈钢冶金结合良好,不锈钢内层厚度相对均匀,化学成分稳定;离心管坯经挤压轧制后晶粒明显细化,复合钢管抗拉强度、屈服强度比标准1Cr18Ni9Ti高,伸长率有所降低,压扁、弯曲、晶腐检验合格。因此离心复合浇铸-挤压-轧制工艺生产不锈钢复合钢管工艺是可行的。By centrifugal casting outer 10^# carbon steel first and inner casting stainless steel l Crl 8Ni9Ti secondly, the hollow pipe was machined, the carbon steel/stainless steel composite pipe Ф47mm×4.5mm was obtained by hot extrusion and cold rolling. The producing process of the composite pipe was studied. The results show that the outer and inner layers are integrated well. The thichness of inneer stainless steel is uniform and the chemical composition is well-distributed and the crystalline grains are obviously refined. The tensile strength and yield strength of the composite pipe are higher than those of normal 1Crl8Ni9Ti. The percentage elongation decreases a little. And the grain-boundary corrosion, bending test and flattening test are qualified. Sot the entrifugal compound casting-hot extrusion-cold rolling process for the composite pipe is feasible.
