摘 要:刃口可调冲裁模设计的核心内容是刃口调节结构设计,可调结构的受力和调节方法是设计依据。重点介绍了可调凸模的调节结构设计,分析了配合面的种类与特点,选择了适当的贴合面和导向面,确定了配合尺寸与公差。阐述了调节后的刃口结构特征以及冲裁力的计算方法。The core content of design of punching dies with adjustable cutting edge is the design of adjusting parts structure, and design basis is the force and adjustment method of adjusting structure. Design of adjusting structure of punch was amply introduced. And then types and characteristics of mating surface were analyzed. Appropriate binding surfaces and guide surfaces were selected. The fit dimension and tolerance were determined. Structural characteristics of cutting edge and calculation method of blanking force were described.
