摘　　要：介绍了黑箱的概念,叙述了建模的条件,讨论了控制的方法;并以高纯硅砖为例,通过分析问题、设计试验、建立模型、进行优化,研制出了高纯度、低气孔率、低真密度和高强度硅砖。最后,探讨了利用信息技术提升耐火材料工艺的问题。Concept of black box,condition of modeling and control methods were introduced. Taking high purity silica bricks as an example,the silica bricks featured with high purity, low porosity, low true density and high strength were developed through problem analysis, test design, modeling and optimization. Using information technology to upgrade refractories technical process was discussed.
