摘 要:采用蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术代替传统塔式锌精馏炉方孔式陶土换热器技术,并对蓄热室的部分材料进行改进。用热导率较高的耐热钢小球代替部分蓄热体,并采用数值模拟对改进后的蓄热室温度分布及功率的变化进行考查。结果表明,蓄热室内温度分布的均匀性明显提高,尾部蓄热室传热效果增强。高温段向尾部偏移,有效利用了蓄热室的尾部区域,且预热空气温度得到显著提高。The regenerative high temperature air combustion technology was used to instead of square hole type pottery clay heat exchanger in traditional tower zinc distillation furnace. Parts of the materials in regenerative chamber were improved. Heat resistant steel balls with high thermal conductivity were used to replace some heat retainers. The temperature distribution and the power change of the improved regenerative chamber were numerically simulated. Results show that the uniformity of temperature distribution in regenerative chamber is obviously improved, and the heat transfer effect at the end of regenerative chamber is increased. The high temperature zone transfers to tail area, which is effectively used, and preheating temperature of air is dramatically increased.
