摘  要:为了明确水平井筒内流动对出水时机的影响,基于油藏渗流与井筒管流耦合方法,研究了考虑井筒压降的底水油藏水平井见水时间,分析了见水时间随水平井产量、水平井筒长度等因素的变化规律.研究结果表明:受井筒压降作用,从水平井趾端到跟端,油藏向水平井筒流入量逐渐增大,与不考虑压降模型相比,见水时间提前;提高水平井产量使见水时间提前,水平井产量超过20 m3/d时,见水时间计算中忽略井筒压降将造成明显误差,产量越高,误差越大;水平井长度增加,见水时间推迟,水平井长度超过400 m时,井筒压降对见水时间产生明显影响,使见水时间随长度变化速度减慢,水平井长度超过2 000 m后,受压降作用,见水时间不再随长度变化.实际生产条件下,井筒压降对见水时间作用显著,底水油藏开发决策中应考虑其影响.In order to understand the influence of the liquid flow within horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir on the breakthrough time,the relationships between the breakthrough time and liquid output and horizontal wellbore length are studied by coupling seepage flow in reservoir with pipe flow in horizontal wellbore under considering pressure drop along wellbore.It is shown that: compared with no considering the pressure drop along the wellbore,the water breakthrough time brings forward,and the fluid flowing into the horizontal well wellbore from reservoir increases gradually from the tip end to the heeling end of the horizontal wellbore.The increase of oil well production makes bottom water breakthrough earlier.The significant error would be produced in the prediction of bottom water breakthrough time without considering the pressure drop in wellbore when the output of horizontal well exceeds 20 m 3/d,and the greater the output is,the greater the prediction error is.The water breakthrough time would delay with the increase of the horizontal wellbore length.When the horizontal wellbore length is less than 400 m,the influence of the pressure drop in wellbore on the water breakthrough time can be ignored.When the horizontal wellbore length is more than 400 m,the influence becomes obvious.The delaying rate of the water breakthrough time is reducing with the increase of wellbore length.The water breakthrough time will not change with the increase of the wellbore length when the wellbore length is over 2 000 m.Therefore,the influence of pressure drop should be taken into consideration in the development decision-making of bottom water reservoir.
