摘　　要：通过对大型丙烯压缩机装置的振动故障原因分析,详细阐述了离心式压缩机振动形式、机械原理以及各种振动现象的频谱的特征,并对机组振动原因做出了正确的分析判断,快速地解决了该机组在试车过程中的各种情况下(即振动、温度)几个反映出表理特征。Based on analyzing the reason of vibration failure of large-type propylene compressor unit, this paper has specified the vibration type, the mechanical principle and the spectrum characteristics of various vibration phenomenon of centrifugal compressor, and accurately analyzed and judged the vibration reason. The characteristics reflected in the process of testing for the unit under （vibration, tempe rapidly. various conditions rature） are solved
