皮肤扩张术在治疗头皮缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤扩张术在治疗头皮缺损中的手术方法、并发症的预防及临床疗效。方法:采用皮肤扩张术治疗各种类型头皮缺损10例,根据缺损的情况设计扩张器的大小、形状和植入方式;2期以旋转、推进等方式转移扩张皮瓣,修复缺损区。结果:本组均经一次扩张修复缺损(面积最大16cm×10 cm),效果满意。结论:用扩张皮瓣修复头皮缺损是有效及理想的治疗方案。Objective： To discuss the surgical method, complication preventative and clinical efficacy of skin expan- sion in repairing scalp defect. Method： Ten patients were treated with skin expansion. According to the defects, the size, shape and embedded way of dilators were designed, and the expanded flap was tranferred to repair the defects through rotation and advancement in second period of surgery. Results： All the patients were reconstructed by 1-stage expanded flap procedure with satisfied the results. The largest area of defect was 16 cm x 10 cm. Conclusion： Skin ex- pansion is an effective and ideal method for scalp defects.
