血清血管内皮生长因子与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法:用肌电图测定70例糖尿病患者(35例DPN患者和35例非DPN患者)正中神经及腓浅神经传导速度,并同时检测血清VEGF、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:DPN组正中神经及腓浅神经传导速度均低于非DPN及正常组(P<0.01)。DPN组血清VEGF浓度明显高于非DPN组(P<0.01)。结论:DPN患者中VEGF表达增加。Objective： To discuss the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and dia- betic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： Electromyography was used to deter- mine the median nerve and superlieial peroneal nerve conduction velocity of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes （35 eases DPN and 35 eases none DPN）. The serum VEGF, fasting blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin level were determined in all the patients. Results： The median nerve and superficial peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the DPN group were signif- icantly lower those than in the none DPN and normal group（ P 〈0.01）. The serum VEGF in the DPN group was signiti- eanfly higher that than in the none DPN group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The expression of serum VEGF is increased in the DPN patients.
