清开灵分散片联合抗生素治疗小儿风热乳蛾疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清开灵分散片联合抗生素治疗小儿风热乳蛾的疗效。方法将152例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组口服清开灵分散片联合抗生素,对照组单纯口服抗生素,共用药5 d。结果治疗组有效率93.59%,对照组有效率82.43%,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组热退情况明显好于对照组。结论清开灵分散片联合抗生素治疗小儿风热乳蛾疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Qingkailing dispersible tablets combined antibiotics in the treatment of pediatric wind - hot moth. Methods 152 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group was treated by Qingkailing dispersible tablets combined with antibiotics, control group by antibiotics, medication for five days. Results The efficiency of treatment group is 93.59% ,and 82. 43% for the control group. The differ- ence is significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Abatement of fever in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Qingkailing dispersible tablets combined antibiotic has a curative effect in the treatment of pediatric wind -hot moth.
