摘　　要：本文从校园网安全存在的问题出发,分析部署上网行为管理系统的必要性和目前遇到的阻力,并给出解决方案。This paper describes the security problems of campus network,then analyzes the benefits and the currently experiencing of resistance of the deployment of the online behavior management system.At last gives solutions.
