摘　　要：ICD代码数据库是存储疾病诊断数据并对代码数据进行操作的工具。反映了病案行业建设与学科发展的最新成果和最高水平,将病种信息指标列入医院分级管理的基本标准,是从制度和形式上体现先进的现代医院管理思想。ICD代码库管理目前制度空缺、专业人员相对匮乏、各部门协同合作欠缺等因素是影响ICD代码库质量的主要原因。建立、健全各项制度、组建专家技术团队,完善立体审核体系、加强各层次技术人员的业务培训,以确保ICD代码库统一化、规范化、标准化的内在质量,与时俱进以满足各层次需要。ICD database is a tool for disease diagnosis storage and data operation, which reflects the newest achievements and the highest level of construction and subject development of medical records industry with putting disease category indexes into basic standard of hospital classification man- agement that embodies modern hospital management thinking from system and form. The main reasons affecting ICD database quality is lack of man- agement system, professional personnel and cooperation among departments. In order to make sure unification, normalization and standardization inter- nal quality of ICD database for satisfying different levels requirement keeping pace with the times.
