重症手足口病并肢体瘫痪儿童早期康复治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复治疗对重症手足口病并肢体瘫痪儿童的疗效。方法 49例重症手足口病并肢体功能瘫痪儿童,随机分为2组,治疗组25例在生命体征平稳后,神经系统症状停止进展,行床旁康复治疗,对照组24例在恢复期行康复治疗。结果治疗组在治疗后1、2、3周后的运动功能恢复优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论早期床旁康复治疗能显著提高重症手足口病并肢体功能瘫痪儿童的运动能力。Objective to investigate the effect of early rehabitative treatment to children had server hand-foot-and-mouth disease with limbs paraly- sis. Methods 49 patients were divided into two groups. The treating group （ n = 25） received rehabilitation when the vital signs were stable and nervous system symptom made no progress. The comparison group （n = 24） received rehabitation after convalescence. Results The muscular strength of treat- ment group had recovered more significant than the comparison group after treatment in the first, second and third weeks（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Ear- ly rehabilitation treatment at bedside can obviously improve the exercise performance of children had severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease with limbs paralysis.
