GINA方案指导延安市儿童哮喘规范化管理研究

摘　　要：目的了解遵循GINA方案指导下规范化诊治及管理延安市儿童哮喘的效果。方法对延安市68例儿童哮喘根据哮喘分期、哮喘控制情况及严重度分级,根据GINA方案,给予相应级别的以吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)为首选的单一或多种哮喘控制药物,并定期随访给予降级或升级治疗,同时对家长进行宣教,提高患者治疗依存性,以达到哮喘长期控制。结果规范管理前后1年比较,患儿哮喘急性发作、住院、误学、转诊均明显降低,本组68例哮喘患儿80%以上达到控制。结论严格按照GINA治疗儿童哮喘,可明显提高患儿的控制率,改善患儿生活质量。Objective To know the effect of treated children asthma in Yan＇ an city guided by Global initiative for asthma（GINA）. Methods 68 children were enrolled and staged by GINA, according different stage of control and severity,inhaled corticosteroids alone or combined other drugs according asthma stage. Change the stage treatment by different months by effect of therapy. Education was conducted in parents of children to increase the dependence of treatment and long term control. Results After one year＇s treatment according GINA, it wa,; obvious decrease in exacerbation of asthma and admitted hospital and misdiagnosis and transfer consultation. In our study,80% children in asthma were totally controlled. Conclusion According GINA to treat children asthma can increase the totally control rate of children asthma and improve the live quality of children asthma.
