摘　　要：目的:描述和分析宁养患者灵性困扰的内容及其与人口统计学指标的关系。方法:以"终末期患者的旅行笔记"为模版,调查44例合并癌痛,接受宁养服务的终末期患者的灵性困扰的内容,并分析这些内容与患者人口统计学指标的相关性。结果:44例患者完成调查,占计划的73%。93.2%的患者讨论了灵性困扰的问题。灵性困扰主要集中于追求家人或自己的各种形式的舒适,48%患者明确提出希望能够完成过去未能完成的心愿。这些灵性困扰与患者的人口统计学指标无明显相关性。其中在患者"过去未完成的心愿"的具体内容中,可能存在性别差异。结论:大部分宁养患者存在灵性困扰。宁养服务过程中,需要及时发现和舒缓患者的灵性困扰。Objective： Describe and analyze the spiritual expressions of hospice patients and how the spirituality was associated with their demography trails. Methods： Forty-four patients with advanced cancer pain who cared at Wuhan hospice, Li Kashing Foundation were interviewed. Self-reported spirituality was described in ＂Experience of Life＂. Results： Ninety-three percent of hospice patients reported their spirituality during the hospice service. The spiritualities were the comfortable wish of themselves and members of family and want to obtain the wish which did not accomplish at the past time. There is no significant correlation between the spirituality and each trail of demography, Conclusion： Spiritual concerns were the especially expression during the hospice. We must understand the spiritual expressions on time and provide the palliative care for the hospice patients.
