摘　　要：静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)作为静脉用药集中配置供应的药学服务部门,不仅能避免在普通环境下配置药物所发生的细菌和不溶性微粒污染,更能促进临床合理用药,避免发生药物配伍禁忌。将静脉用药实行集中配置和供应,已成为各医疗机构保障合理用药、避免输液反应的重要举措。在我国,PIVAS还是新生事物,但随着各医院PIVAS的不断建立,PIVAS管理必将更加规范。本文结合湘雅三医院及全国部分医院PIVAS的实际工作情况和收费标准进行讨论,探讨国内PIVAS的发展。As the intravenous drug supply department, the center of pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS） not only helps to avoid bacteria and insoluble particulate pollution during preparation in the general environment, but also promotes the rational clinical use of drugs by avoiding drug incompatibility. Centralized preparation and supply for intravenous drug has become an important measure to guarantee the rational use of drugs and to avoid infusion reactions for medical institutions. In our country, PIVAS is still not common. However, with the continuous establishment of hospital PIVAS, PIVAS management will become more standardized. In this paper, the PIVAS work and charging fees in the Third Xiangya Hospital and some other hospitals were discussed to demonstrate the domestic PIVAS development.
