摘　　要：本文通过查阅近4年来我院不良反应报表,总结归纳注射剂不良反应的发生原因,分析影响注射剂安全性的因素。旨在探讨注射剂产生不良反应的根源,为避免和解决注射剂不良反应的发生提供参考。抗感染药物和中药注射剂使用中发生不良反应的概率较大,生产条件的因素、过度使用及不合理使用是主要原因。医院注射剂的使用需进一步规范,以减少不良反应发生。Through the investigation of nearly four year adverse reaction reports in our hospital, causes of injection induced adverse reactions were summarized and the influential factors analyzed. By Investigating the source of injection induced adverse reactions, reference was made to help avoid and resolve injection induced adverse drug reactions. Anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections had high incidence of adverse reactions. The production conditions, excessive use and irrational use were the main reasons. The use of injections needs to be further standardized to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
