摘　　要：目的:了解中国医学科学院肿瘤医院外科手术患者围术期抗菌药物合理应用情况。方法:通过回顾性调查方法,对2010年11月在我院进行手术的121例乳腺癌患者的资料进行统计分析。结果:清洁手术全部预防性应用抗菌药物,未见1例患者进行细菌学检查和药敏试验;同时,存在预防用药选择不当、初次给药时间不当、预防用药疗程过长、用法与用量不当、溶剂选择及剂量不当等问题。结论:抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象,应根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》规范用药。药师应发挥积极作用,加强本院抗菌药物的合理使用和规范管理。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the perioperative use of antibacterials in the surgical patients in Cancer Hospital of China Academy of Medical Science. METHODS： The medical records of 121 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in November 2010 in our hospital were analyzed statistically by a retrospective study. RESULTS： Prophylactic antibacterials were used in all patients undergoing aseptic operation; bacteriological examination and drug susceptibility test were performed in none of the patients. The irrational drug use problems included irrational choice of antibacterials, inappropriate time of initial administration, prolonged treatment, improper dosage ＆ administration, and improper solvent selection and dosage etc. CONCLUSION： The perioperative use of antibacterials was far from perfect. It is necessary to standardize administration of prophylactic antibacterials according to ＂Guideline on Clinical Use of Antibacterials＂. Pharmacists should play an active role in strengthening the rationaluse and standard management of antibacterials.
