改良生肌玉红油纱条的制备与临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:介绍改良生肌玉红油纱条的制备、鉴别,观察其对下肢皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法:采用传统工艺制备生肌玉红油纱条,对紫草和轻粉进行鉴别;对76例皮肤溃疡患者以随机抽样法分为2组,治疗组用改良生肌玉红油纱条换药,对照组用凡士林油纱换药,观察28 d,每2 d换1次药。观察溃疡创面愈合率、肉芽生长和分泌物,并计算总体疗效。结果:该工艺方法可行,改良生肌玉红油纱条组治疗有效率为100%,与对照组比较具有显著性差异,治疗组和对照组均未发现不良反应。结论:改良生肌玉红油纱条工艺可行,治疗皮肤溃疡安全,临床疗效肯定,未见明显不良反应。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the preparation and identification of improved Shengjiyuhong gauze and observe its clinical efficacy. METHODS： The improved Shengjiyuhong gauze was prepared by traditional technology, and the constituents radix arnebiae and calomelas were identified. 76 patients with dermal ulcer were randomly assigned to improved Shengjiyuhong gauze group （trial group） or vaseline gauze group （control group） with gauzes changed every 2 days for a total of 28 days. Healing rate of the raw surface, granulation and secretion substance were observed, and the total effective rates were calculated. RESULTS： The preparation process of the improved Shengjiyuhong gauze was feasible with a response rate of 100%, control group. No adverse drug reactions were noted in both improved Shengjiyuhong gauze was feasible and it was proved effective for skin ulcer. showing significant differences as compared with the groups.
