术中肠镜对急性小肠出血的诊疗价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨术中肠镜在急性小肠出血的诊疗价值。方法:回顾性分析2001年1月2008年1月我院收治并手术确诊的小肠急性出血35例患者的临床资料。结果:35例中十二指肠降部以下至Treitz韧带出血5例,空回肠出血30例。术后病理结果示小肠恶性肿瘤出血5例,小肠良性肿瘤出血9例,小肠血管畸形12例,小肠其他良性疾病9例,全组患者无手术死亡。结论:术中肠镜检查对小肠出血具有准确定位诊断价值,具有良好的应用前景。Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of intraoperative enteroscopy in patients with acute small intestinal bleeding. Methods： The clinical data of 35 patients with acute small intestinal bleeding were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2001 to Jan 2008. Results： Among the 35 cases, bleeding site from descending part of duodenum to Treitz＇s ligaments were 5 cases, ligaments were 30 cases. The postoperative pathology shown that malignant tumor of small intestine were 5 cases, benign tumor of small intestine were 9cases, vascular malformation of small intestine were 12 cases and others benign diseases of small intestine were 9 cases. All of the 35 cases were survival after the operation. Conclusion： Intraoperative enteroscopy could afford accurate qualitative and localized diagnosis, so the intraoperative enteroscopy has an extremely important value in the diagnosis and treatment of acute small intestinal bleeding, and could serve as a main means in the future.
