摘　　要：以两个综合性水处理厂工程———都江堰市西区自来水厂工程和江阴澄西水厂供水工程的建筑创新成功实践为例,表达市政工程建筑除应按城市发展规划及法规要求进行设计外,还应重点考虑地域文化在建筑组群中的运用,使市政工程类建筑具有更强的文化感和生命力,从而与公共民用建筑一道共同参与及展示现代城市发展的整体形象。Taking the successful cases of architecture innovation in Dujiangyan West Waterworks Project and Jiangyin Chengxi Waterworks Project of two comprehensive waterworks projects as the examples,the article expresses that the municipal engineering architecture is designed according to the city development planning and the state regulations,and is also focused on the application of the regional culture in the architectural groups to make the architectures of municipal engineering more powerful cultural sense and vitality so as to take part in and bring forth the integral image of the modern urban development together with the public civil buildings.
