摘　　要：该文针对丘陵及山地城市的特点,重点从地形地貌评价、防洪排涝规划及竖向管理措施等三个方面对山地城市竖向规划方法及一般技术路线进行了论证及总结,并简要介绍了ArcGIS技术在竖向规划中的应用。Aiming at the characteristics of hilly and mountainous cities, the article focuses demonstration and summarization on the vertical planning method and the general technological route of the mountainous cities from three aspects of the terrain landform evaluation, flood control waterlog drainage planning and vertical management measures, and briefly introduces the application of ArcGIS technology in the vertical planning.
