摘  要:选用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为浒苔叶绿素a的萃取剂,使用常规荧光法和同步荧光法对浒苔叶绿素a的测定进行了比较研究。结果显示,DMF作为萃取剂与传统的丙酮溶剂相比,具有提取时间短、效率高、操作简便等优点;常规荧光法和同步荧光法均可用于浒苔叶绿素a测定,测定结果无显著性差异;对青岛四个站点的20组浒苔样本叶绿素a进行比测分析的结果是,常规荧光法检测的浒苔叶绿素a含量分布为4.38~9.35mg/g;同步荧光法检测的浒苔叶绿素a含量分布为4.53~8.74mg/g。Determinations of Chlorophyll a in Enteromorpha prolifera were compared using two methods of conventional fluorescence spectrometry and synchronous fluorescence spectrometry, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was used for the extraction of chlorophyll-a (Chl a) in Enteromorpha prolifera. The results showed that DMF was a shorter amount of time, more effective and more convenient than 90% aceton solvent in extracting of Chl a. There was no significant difference between two fluorometric methods for Chl a concentration measurement. The content of measured Chl a ranged from 4.38 to 9.35 mg/g for conventional fluorometfic method and from 4.53 to 8.74 mg/g for synchronous fluorometric method, respectively, for 20 Enteromorpha prolifera samples from four stations, Qingdao.
