摘 要:本文建立了ICP-AES法直接测定TC1合金中Al、Mn的分析方法。TC1属于难熔金属合金,本方法采用硝酸-氢氟酸混酸可较快溶解样品,并采用基体匹配法消除基体干扰。选择308.215nm和259.372nm分别作为铝、锰的分析线。试验结果表明:在优化的实验条件下,待测元素的回收率为98.6%~99.2%,RSD(n=5)均小于1.0%。并将该方法应用于标准样品中铝、锰的测定,测定结果与标准值基本一致。A new method was studied for the determination of aluminum and manganese in TC1 alloy by ICP-AES. TC1 was the refractory metal alloy. The sample was dissolved in nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid and the interferences were eliminated by using the matrix matching method. 308.215 nm and 259.372um were selected as the analytical spectral lines for Aluminum and Manganese, respectively. It was showed that under the optimal condition the results were satisfactory with RSD (n =5) less than 1.0% and the recoveries tested were in the range of 98.6 -99.2%. The method was applied to determine the aluminum and manganese in standard samples, and the detection results of standard samples were in good conformity with certified values.
