摘  要:有机氯农药是一类全球性质的环境持久性污染物。此类化合物具有"三致"作用和生物蓄积性,最终通过食物链危害人类的健康。本文研究建立了土壤中几种有机氯农药的测定方法:正己烷:丙酮(V:V=1:1)为提取液,经超声萃取,自填装固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱质谱法测定。结果显示,回收率在73.1~107.8%之间,RSD在2.6~10.7%之间,检出限为0.31~1.00ng/g,适合土壤样品中有机氯农药的快速测定。Organochlorine pesticide is a kind of global environment persistent pollutants. Such compound has "carcinogenicity-mutagenicity-teratogenicity" function and biological accumula- tion. Eventually, it can harm human health through the food. A method to determine several types of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples was established in this paper. Samples were extracted with hexane: acetone (V: V = 1:1) by ultrasonic extraction, purified by self- filled solid phase extraction column and determined by GC/MS. The results showed that the recovery was in 73.1 107.8%, RSD was in 2.6 - 10.7%, and the detection limit was in 0.31-1.00ng/g. It is suitable for rapid determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples.
