摘　　要：本文从解决典型合成信号发生器在科研、生产中的使用维护以及常见故障排除的实际问题出发,通过对HP3325B合成函数信号发生器仪器结构和电路原理的系统研究,分析仪器的几类故障现象,综合运用信号追踪和电路分割定位的方法,从故障诊断的角度分析HP3325B信号发生器信号路径上输出波形产生、变换的全过程以及相关控制逻辑的情况;结合维修实例,研究、归纳同类信号发生器的器件级故障诊断和维修方法,提出一套可借鉴、实际可操作性强的维修技术方法。To slove the typical Synthesizer/Function Generator＇s problems of maintenance and troubleshooting in the research and producing the paper systematically researches the structure and circuit theory of HP3325B Synthesizer/ Function Generator and analyses some common fault phenomenon.With the method of signature track and circuit division the paper analyses the process in which the HP3325B＇s output signal being generated and shaped and some related circuits＇ control logic from the troubleshooting perspective.Meanwhile with example analysis the paper researches and brings out the troubleshooting and repair method in component level for the generator of the same type,and finally provides a practical and useful technique for the Synthesizer/Function Generator＇s maintenance.
