摘 要:针对聚乙烯醇纤维砂浆(PVA-ECC)钢筋网加固RC方柱进行了一次受力轴压性能的研究。对6根方柱进行了单调加载的对比试验,然后理论分析影响PVA-ECC加固效果的主要因素。在考虑截面有效约束区和非有效约束区及界面传递剪力的基础上,建立了PVA-ECC加固钢筋混凝土轴心受压柱的承载力计算公式。试验结果表明,PVA-ECC钢筋网薄层加固是一种有效的加固方法,能够显著提高加固RC方柱的轴向承载力、峰值应变、延性、刚度及抗裂性能。Based on the experiment of strengthened RC square columns,which is loaded axially at one time,bearing capacity of RC square columns strengthened by polyvinyl alcohol-engineered cementitious composites(PVA-ECC) steel mesh was analyzed.Through monotonic loading comparison experiment of six square columns,the theoretical analysis on the main factors influencing PVA-ECC strengthening effect was expanded.The formula of calculating its bearing capacity was set up by considering the effectively confined area and the ineffectively confined area in the column section and interface shear transfer.Test results indicate that PVA-ECC steel mesh technology can greatly increase axial strength,peak strain,ductility,stiffness and crack resistance of strengthened square columns.
