摘　　要：近三年来,随着我国医疗改革的深入推进,医疗数字化建设发展迅速,不少省市建立了居民健康档案中心,全民健康信息在诊疗过程中的跨医院、跨地域共享已经逐步实现。针对目前我国血液透析病历仍未采用标准电子病历技术,造成血液透析病历信息不能纳入数字化居民健康档案中,在研究血液透析信息管理系统的同时,根据血液透析病历特点,研究标准化的"血液透析电子病历系统",为血液透析中心提供完整的数字化临床信息系统。During past three years, with the deepening of china＇ s medical reform, the digital construction of medical develops fast, many provinces established the center of resident＇ s health records, national health information sharing in the different hospitals or other region is gradually realized. Aiming at the present the medical records of hemodialysis is not using the standard electronic medical record technology, cause of hemodialysis patient information cannot be incorporated into the health of residents in digital archives. According to medical records characteristics of hemodialysis, research standardized ＂Hemodialysis Electronic Medical Records System＂ , for hemodialysis center provides a complete digital clinical information system while we studied hemodialysis management information system.
