摘　　要：随着区域卫生信息化在全国展开,医院数字化进入了一个新时期。建设数字化医院的定位、目标、方法、步骤均应不同于过去。要提倡建设区域环境下的数字化医院,把相应的关键环节和关键技术解决好,并建立新的运行机制,才能实现区域乃至国家卫生信息化,为社会铸造公共卫生服务体系。This paper presents, with the development of regional health information in China, the digital hospital has entered a new era. The positioning, objectives, methods, and steps to build the digital hospital, should be different from the past. In the article, it put forward the concept that, to realize regional and national health information system, and create a public health service system for the community, the concerning key technology should be solved properly and create a new operational mecbnism.
