LARS人工韧带重建前交又韧带手术后二年以上随访分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨LARS人工韧带重建ACL手术后2年以上临床效果。方法:从2007年7月-2009年2月(平均随访36.9个月)该院行前交叉韧带损伤并接受LARS人工韧带重建患者60例,随访资料完整20例,采用IKDC评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分方法,分别在手术前1周及手术后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、2年以上进行患侧膝关节评分。结果:术前IKDC评分:D级15例,C级5例。Lysholm膝关节功能评分:差20例。术后膝关节评分由术前(47.35±5.869)分提高到术后(82.65±11.523)分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),出现并发症3例,螺丝钉固定处疼痛2例,自觉韧带松弛1例。结论:正确的手术操作,采用LARS人工韧带重建ACL手术,患膝在手术后1-3个月就进入功能稳定期,并可一直维持到随访的2年以上,近期优良率到达85%。该方法尤其适用于对运动和恢复时间要求高的人群。Objective： To evaluate the prospective efficacy of reconstruction of anterior crucicate ligament by ligament advanced reinforcement system. Methods： Retrospective study the 20 patients with rupture of ACLs were operated upon arthroscopic by ligament advanced reinforcement system. Lyshoim and IKDC knee scores system were used to evaluate the knee function before operation and after operation in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and more 2 years. Results： 20 Patients were followed up for over 2 years. The postoperative Lysholm score of the injuried knees increa^sed from preoperative （45＇.35 ＋_ 5.869） to postoperative （82.65 ＋ 11.523） （p〈0.05）. Conclusions： Arthroscope indicates that LARS artificial ligament is characterized by stably recovering function of knee joint after operation 1-3 months, following up more 2 years well short-term therapeuti c effect and success rate 85%, especially for athletics people.
