摘  要:通过对2007—2010年挂号、退号数据的分析研究,得出导致退号的原因中,医疗资源不足、病患家长不愿意长时间等候是首要原因,其他原因既有病患方面的,也有医院管理方面的。通过对各种原因的综合分析,提出改进医院门诊挂号管理的建议:预约挂号——按时间段实名制预约挂号,错峰门诊,以此促进医疗效率的提高。According to the analysis and research drawal from 2007 to 2010, this project comes to a withdrawal at hospital is the insufficiency of medical time. There are also other reasons from patients and on the statistics of registration at hospital and the registration with- conclusion that the most important reason result in the registration resources and the patients' parents not wanting to wait for a long the hospital management. Based on the comprehensive analysis of various factors, this project gives suggestions on the improvement about hospital registration management: making an appointment about the registration at hosptial: making an appointment based on different time periods, using the real name system and plan ahead to avoid the peak time.
