摘　　要：以1978～2009年西北五省区域经济空间结构为对象，选取九个典型的经济结构变量，系统分析建筑业成长的区域共性核心经济空间因素与区域内差异化成长变量。研究结果为西部十二五规划背景下区域内建筑业差异化成长优势政策的具体实施提供了现实依据，同时，也为建筑业与经济空间结构的协同发展提供了区域层面的经验分析。This paper takes the nine economic space structure variables of northwest five provinces from 1978 to 2009 as the object, analyses the core factors for the regional economic space and the differentiation growth variables in the northwest region. Under the background of Western twelfth Five-Year Program, this research provides the ev- idence for the specific implement of the differentiation growth policy of the construction industry in the region. At the same time, it is also provides an empirical analysis from the northwestern region level for the synergy develop- ment between construction industry and its economic space structure.
