摘　　要：对国内外城市住区衰退机理的研究与进展进行梳理,从住区衰退成因与影响、住区治理与演替更新、住区发展趋势与选择三方面展开评述,比较分析不同视角下城市住区衰退问题的主要关注点,并归纳提出了城市住区衰退的几种研究思路及其对我国城市住区建设的启示。Based on the research progress of urban residential decline home and abroad, this paper comparatively analyzes the main perspectives and focuses from the causes and effects of urban residential decline, urban residen- tial improvement and renewal, and development trend and choices of urban residential area. In conclusion, the pa- per also proposes some research concerns to the study of urban residential decline in the future and the enlighten- ment to China＇s urbanization process.
