摘　　要：在文献研究和专家征询的基础上,列出22个建筑业技术创新的影响因素;对影响因素及其关系进行结构化分析,得到建筑业技术创新不足的解释结构模型;进一步通过交叉影响矩阵相乘分析,对影响因素按照驱动和依赖要素进行分类,从而找到我国建筑业技术创新管理和干预的重点。最后,对模型结果进行了分析和讨论,提出了相关建议。based on the alyzes the relationship through Matrix Impacts literature reviews and expert consuhing, among these factors, gets the interpretive paper identifies 22 influencing factors, then an- structural modeling of technological innovation, Cross-Reference Multiplication and classifying the influencing factors, finds the focus of technological innovation management and intervention. Finally, suggestions for improving technological innovation are provided.
