生物蛋白胶填塞法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的可行性探讨

摘　　要：为探讨生物蛋白胶填塞法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的可行性，对40例高位复杂性肛瘘行一期手术彻底清理病灶后深部瘘管腔隙生长缓慢、管腔较深难愈者，给予生物蛋白胶填充处理，待其自行生长愈合。结果显示，本组40例患者中，4例发生胶体外溢，1例发生感染，其余35例（87．5％）均愈合良好，无不良反应。随访6个月，均无复发。结果表明，生物蛋白胶填充深部瘘管腔隙治疗高位复杂性肛瘘安全、有效。This study was to discuss the feasibility for fibrin sealant packing in the treatment of high com-plex anal fistula. The 40 cases of this disease received following therapy：primary procedure to throughly clean lesion,then for who their deep fistula tract lacuna grow slowly,sinus cavity is at deep site and refrac-tory fibrin sealant used into lacuna and cavity for packing, to wait for automatic growth and healing. As re-sults,in the 40 cases 4 cases suffered from sealant externally escaping, 1 case had infection, rest 35 cases （87.5%） were better healing without any adverse reaction;the follow-up of 6 months did not find recur- rence. Results show that using fibrin sealant for packing deep fistula lacuna to treat high complex anal fis-tula is safe and effective.
