以局部封闭法为主的综合疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨以局部封闭法为主的综合疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效，回顾235例肛周湿疹患者资料，其中110例采用中药熏洗加外敷药物治疗（对照组），125例在对照组治疗的基础上，加用复方亚甲蓝注射液局部封闭治疗（治疗组），对比分析两组患者疗效。结果显示，治疗组痊愈113例，有效12例，无无效病例，总有效率为100％（125／125）；对照组痊愈45例，有效51例，无效14例，总有效率为87．3％（96／110）。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。随访半年，治疗组复发6例（4．8％），对照组复发33例（30．0％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，以复方亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗为主的综合疗法治疗肛周湿疹疗效满意，复发率低。In order to investigate the clinical effect of local blocking-predominant combined therapy for perianal eczema,author retrospectively analysed the data from 235 cases of perianal eczema, among whom 110 cases received fuming ＆ wash with traditional Chinese drugs plus external use drugs （as control group） ,another 125 cases were added with compound methylene blue injection for local blocking（as treat-ment group） ,and compared the therapeutic effects of two groups. As results,in treatment group 113 cases were cured,12 of response,0 of non-response,and the total effective rate was 100% （125/125）,while in control group,45,51,14 and 87.3% （96/110）,apparently the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）;the follow-up of 0.5 year found that in treat- ment group 6 cases（4.8%） were of recurrence,in control group,33 cases（30.0%） ,thus the recurrence rate of the former was lower than the latter（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that this combined therapy for perianal eczema has satisfactory therapeutic effect and lower recurrence rate.
