高性能单组分水性地板涂料的研制及应用

摘　　要：将一种植物油改性自交联水性聚氨酯乳液和另外一种聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液进行复配,制得一种单组分水性地板涂料,结果表明按照90∶10的比例制得的涂膜,具有优异的抗冲击、抗划伤、耐磨、耐化学性等综合的物理机械性能,同时配方中添加的防滑蜡乳液,使得涂膜具有更好的防滑性能,而紫外光稳定剂又能明显提高涂膜的耐黄变性,其综合性能良好;且在明显降低成本的条件下,免去了双组分地板涂料施工的繁琐和活化期等问题,各项指标均能通过或高于GB23999-2009中对A类地板用面漆的性能要求,具有广阔的应用前景。A kind of one-package water-borne floor coatings are prepared through the compounding of vegetable oil modified self-crosslinking water-borne polyurethane emulsion and another kind of polyurethane modified acrylic emulsion. Different compounding ratios are experienced. It is showed that with the ratio of 90 ： 10, film of the coatings prepared is of excellent impact resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and physical and mechanical properties; adding antiskid wax emulsion into the compositions gives the film more excellent non-skid property, and ultraviolet light stabilizer can obviously improve the yellowing resistance of the film; the comprehensive performance is excellent; the problems of tedious application process and pot life in two-package floor coatings can be reduced with significant cost reduction; every index can all meet or higher than the requirements of GB23999-2009; the coatings are of broad application prospect.
