摘　　要：采用气相色谱法对沐浴液生产用原料椰子油酸烷醇酰胺中甲醇含量进行检测,对实验条件如色谱柱、分流比、柱流量等进行优化。该方法加标回收率在94.9%～102.5%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%(n=5)。用该方法对10批椰子油酸烷醇酰胺样品中的甲醇进行了检测,结果表明,7批样品不同程度地检出甲醇,甲醇含量在576～62 000 mg/kg之间。提出了控制椰子油酸烷醇酰胺质量的建议。Carbinol in coconut diethanol amide used in coconut diethanol amide production was detected by gas chromatography. Experiment conditions such as column, fractional flow ratio, column flow rate were optimized. The recovery of the method ranged from 94.9% to 102.5%, the relative standard deviation of detection results was less than 2.0%（n=5）. Ten samples of coconut diethanol amide were detected by the method and carbinol was found in 7 samples and its content was in the range of 576-62 000 mg/ kg. Suggestions to control the coconut diethanol amide quality were put forward.
