摘 要:3-氨基香豆素及其衍生物是一类很有研究价值的化合物.文中以2,4-二羟基苯甲醛和N-乙酰甘氨酸为原料,通过Perkin反应合成3-氨基-7-羟基香豆素,分别与两种芳香醛基化合物3-醛基-7-N,N二乙基氨基香豆素和2,4-二羟基苯甲醛经缩合反应合成了2种新型的香豆素希夫碱化合物(4a和4b),并采用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱等方法对化合物的结构、光物理性能和金属离子识别性能进行了表征.结果表明:4a和4b具有较弱的荧光;4a对Ni2+具有较好的选择性识别作用,有可能用作Ni2+比色探针.3-aminocoumarin and its derivatives are of great research value.In this paper,first,3-amino-7-hydroxycoumarin(1) was synthesized via a Perkin reaction,with 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and N-acetylglycine as the materials.Then,two kinds of coumarin-Schiff base compounds(4a and 4b) were prepared via the condensation of compound 1 respectively with 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-aldehyde and 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde.Finally,the structures,photo-physical properties and metal ion recognition performances of 4a and 4b were characterized by means of FT-IR,NMR,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicate that both 4a and 4b show weak fluorescence emission,and that 4a can be used as a potential Ni^2+ colorimetric chemosensor due to its high-efficiency selective recognition of Ni^2+.
