摘 要:目的对新疆维吾尔自治区实验动物研究中心饲养的清洁级灰仓鼠的生长发育和繁殖性能进行测定。方法选择8周龄的灰仓鼠,雌雄各半,1∶1交配繁殖,连续统计5胎繁殖性能和生长发育指标。结果灰仓鼠从初生到第五天生长速度最快,雄性生长速度比雌性快,但两者的生长率比较差异没有统计学意义(F=0.163,P>0.05,);胎间隔随胎次的增加逐渐增长,第二胎胎间隔与第五胎胎间隔差异没有统计学意义(F=0.005,P<0.05);第三胎在产仔鼠数和离乳数均为最高,第四、二胎次之,第一、五胎繁殖能力最低。结论清洁级灰仓鼠在饲养繁育过程中一般选择繁殖性能较好的第三胎留种。Objective To determine performance indices of growth development and reproduction of clean Cricetulus migratorius in The Research Center of Laboratory Animals of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods Cricetulus migratorius of 8-week year old were selected with half male and half female to mate and breed. The performance indices of reproduction and growth development of quintuplets were added up continuously. Results Cricetulus migratorius grew rapidly from newborn to the 5th day, and the male grew faster than the female did. There was no statistical difference in growth rate between the male and female (F=0.163,/7〉0.05). Interval of foetus extended gradually according to the increase of birth order. The interval was obviously different between the second birth and the fifth birth (F=0.005, P〈0.05). The litter size and weaning number were higher for the third birth, then for the fourth and the second birth, while the reproductive capacity was the lowest for the first and fifth birth. Conclusions During the period of reproduction and breeding, clean Cricetulus migratorius should be kept species by selecting the third birth with good reproductive ability.
