摘　　要：结合800 t/a海藻酸钙纤维生产设备的一些基本工艺参数,对湿法纺丝机和湿热牵伸机两种海藻酸钙纤维生产设备的研制进行了探讨。指出任何一种设备的结构都不是一成不变的,它与整条生产线的纺丝位数、工艺条件等有着直接的关系;为适应多机位纺丝,推荐双凝固浴槽式湿法纺丝机。Combined with 800t/a calcium alginate fiber production equipment of some of the basic parameters,the wet spinning machine,hot drawing machine of the two calcium alginate fiber production equipment for research and development are discussed.Pointed out that any kind of device structure is not immutable and frozen,and the whole production line of spinning positions and process conditions have directly relations;in order to adapt multiple positions spinning,recommend double coagulation bathes type wet spinning machine.
