甘石冰脑洗剂联合聚肌胞外用治疗带状疱疹60例

摘　　要：目的观察我院中药外用制剂甘石冰脑洗剂加聚肌胞注射液的混合液对带状疱疹疼痛的止痛效果及疱疹干涸、结痂时间的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为甘石冰脑洗剂加聚肌胞注射液的混合液治疗组和甘石冰脑洗剂对照组,分别外涂皮损部位。在治疗后对两组止痛时间、疱疹干涸及治愈时间做比较,观察甘石冰脑洗剂加聚肌胞注射液的混合液对带状疱疹的止痛作用及促进疱疹干涸作用。结果治疗组在改善带状疱疹皮损疼痛、促进皮疹干涸等方面优于对照组,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论甘石冰脑洗剂联合聚肌胞外用可以提高带状疱疹皮损疼痛的止痛效果,缩短疼痛消失时间,促进皮疹干涸,作用优于甘石冰脑洗剂。Objective To observe the clinical effects of external application of Ganshi Bingnao Lotion and Polycytidy injection on patients of herpes zosters. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated by Ganshi Bingnao Lotion and 30 cases in the treatment group by external application of Ganshi Bingnao Lotion and Polycytidy injection. The lesion site was coated and the analgesia time, dryout time of herpes zoster and healing time were compared before and after treatment. Results The pain - relieving and dryout of herpes zoster of treatment group were superior to those of control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions External application of Ganshi Bingnao Lotion and Polycytidy injection has a good analgesic effect and can promote the dryout of herpes zoster.
