摘　　要：目的:探讨角化棘皮瘤的临床、病理特征及鉴别诊断。方法:收集22例角化棘皮瘤临床资料,分析其临床和组织病理学特征。结果:角化棘皮瘤的典型特征为边界清楚的半球状隆起,中央充满角化物质,似"火山口"样,两侧的上皮形成"唇状"包绕瘤体。结论:角化棘皮瘤是一种特殊的良性皮肤肿瘤,有其特殊的临床及病理学特点,应与皮肤鳞状细胞癌相鉴别,局部完整切除皮损预后较好。Objective： To explore the clinicopathologic features and differential diagnosis of keratoacanthoma. Methods： clinical data were collected in twenty-two cases of keratoacanthoma to analyze its clinical and histopathological features. Results： keratoacanthoma is typically characterized by an elevated, sharply demarcated hemispherical nodule,with a central keratin-filled crater, surrounded by epithelial lips. Conclusions： keratoacan- thoma is a specific benign skin tumor with specific clinicopathological features, which should be differentiated from cutaneous scluamous cell carcinoma. Complete resection of local lesion results in a good prognosis.
