摘　　要：目的：探讨尿道黏膜脱垂手术的护理要点.方法：总结6例完全尿道黏膜脱垂患者的心理护理及术前、术后护理经验.结果：6例患者手术均成功,术后早期下床,6～7d后拔出导尿管,平均住院7d,无感染及尿道狭窄等并发症的发生,2例出血,1例膀胱痉挛.结论：积极做好术前、术后护理及正确的出院指导是尿道黏膜脱垂患者手术后康复的重要环节.Objective： Discussion the care points of＇urethral mucosa prolapse surgery. Methods：To summary psychological care, preoperative care and postoperative care experience of six cases of patients with complete urethral mucosa prolapse.Results：six patients were operated successfully, early ambulation postoperative, pull out the catheter after 6 to 7 days, seven days to stay average. No complications such as infection and urethral stric- ture occur,2 cases of bleeding,1 case of bladder spasm . Conclusion： The important part of rehabilitation after surgery in patients with mucosal prolapse is good preoperative care, postoperative care and proper guidance.
