摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法通过控制催化剂添加量制备了不同纳米粒径的纳米二氧化硅粒子,用偶联剂MEMO对其表面进行改性处理后制备了有机玻璃用光固化有机-无机杂化涂层。结果表明,经过MEMO处理的纳米二氧化硅粒子与光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂有很好的相容性,PMMA涂覆光固化PUA/SiO2涂层后,其硬度由原来的HB提高到3H,体积收缩率降低52%,耐磨性能比未添加的纳米SiO2涂层提高了70%以上。UV-curable acylate-modified polyurethane/nanosilica hybrid coatings was prepared through the Sol-gel process of tetraethoxysilane in the presence of acylate-modified polyurethane. The sliane coupling agent methacryloxypropyhrimethoxysilne was used to sta- bilize the nanoparticle of silica formed via the Sol-gel precess. The hacryloxy group of the sliane coupling agent methacryloxypropyltrime- thoxysilne would react with aeylate-modified polyurethane during UV curing, and form a strong interracial interaction between the organic and inorganic phases. The nanosiliea can be dispersed in UV curable hybrid materials homogeneously, and the UV cured hybrid films exhibit high hardness and abrasion.
