摘　　要：Dectin-1是主要表达于髓样细胞中的非Toll样模式识别受体,它能诱导自身胞内信号介导一系列细胞反应,在抗真菌免疫中发挥着重要的作用。该文对Dectin-1介导的信号途径,Dectin-1与其他模式识别受体的相互作用,Dectin-1在适应性免疫、抗微生物免疫中的作用予以综述。The Dectin-1 is a non-Toll-like pattern recognition receptor expressed predominantly by myeloid cells, which can induce its own intracellular signalling and can mediate a variety of cellular responses, plays a key role in anti-fungal immunity. The recent studies have focused on the signalling pathways from Deetin-1, interactions between Dectin-1 and other PRRs, Deetin-1 and adaptive immunity and the role of Deetin-1 in anti-microbial immunity.
