凉血活血复方治疗进展期银屑病疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价凉血活血复方治疗进展期银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的实验设计,治疗进展期银屑病62例,凉血活血复方治疗组35例,安慰剂对照组27例,疗程8周,比较其疗效和不良反应。结果凉血活血复方治疗组的有效率57.6%,明显高于安慰剂对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凉血活血复方治疗组的不良反应率17.14%,未见毒副作用。结论凉血活血复方治疗进展期银屑病疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of Liangxue Huoxue complex prescription on treatment of progressive psoriasis. Methods A double blind randomized controlled trial of 62 patients with progressive psoriasis was conducted. 35 of them were treated with Liangxue Huoxue complex prescription, and 27 patients were treated with placebo for eight weeks. The evaluation of efficacy and side effects were performed. Results Effective rate of study group was 57.6% after treatment. It was significantly higher than that of control group （24.0%） （P〈0.05）. No significant side effects or toxicity were observed. Conclusion Liangxue Huoxue complex prescription is effective and safe on treatment of progressive psoriasis.
