骨强度在婴幼儿佝偻病诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨强度测定在婴幼儿佝偻病诊断中的价值。方法:采用骨强度B超仪对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿127例进行骨强度检测。结果:佝偻病婴幼儿经骨强度B超检测阳性率与健康儿童组阳性率比较有显著性差异,阳性率男女儿童间比较无显著性差异。检测结果经临床评价,得到较高的灵敏度和特异性。结论:骨强度测定具有较高的特异性、敏感性,能做到佝偻病的早期诊断,且具有无创、无痛的优点,可以作为婴幼儿诊断佝偻病的辅助手段。Objective ： Determination bone strength in the diagnostic value of infantile rickets. Methods：The Sunlight bone strength is our son to B to exceed the clinic diagnosis of vitamin D in 127 cases of children of the absence of sex rachitic bone strength testing. Results：The infant rachitic B to exceed the bone strength tested positie positive and healthy children series was significant difference, men and women were compared between children no significant differences. Test results by clinical evaluation, get a higher sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion：Bone strength with high specificity, determination sensitivity, can do it in the early diagnosis of rickets, and has a non- invasive, painless advantages. Can be used as auxiliary means of infant diagnosis rickets.
