生化止血汤治疗药物流产后阴道出血50例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生化止血汤治疗药物流产后阴道出血的疗效。方法:药物流产后,治疗组50例服生化止血汤,对照组50例服益母草颗粒,共7天。结果:两组阴道流血量、流血时间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:生化止血汤可明显减少阴道出血量,缩短出血时间。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on vaginal bleeding after drug abortion treated by Shenghua Zhixue Decoction. Method：After drug abortion,50 cases were treated with Shenghua Zhixue Decoction by oral administration as the study group while 50 cases were treated with Leonuri Granules by oral administration as the control group. They were all treated for 7 days. Result ： There were significant difference in Vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding time between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion：Shenghua Zhixue Decoction could reduce the Vaginal bleeding volume and shorten the bleeding time obviously.
